~BJM: If I could give a zero rating, I would. I purchased a TV online and noticed that my TV didn't ship and when I called to find out why, the customer service rep couldn't even tell me if it was because they didn't have them in stock or when the item planned to ship, so I canceled the order. Then, * days later I get an email saying that my item shipped. I called to find out what was going on and they said there was nothing they could do and my ** year old mom would have to refuse the order. She lives in a retirement community and the odds of the retirement community personnel refusing specific orders is close to null. And I tried to explain this to Cust rep******* and she just kept saying well there is nothing I can do. Nowadays, with tracking numbers and shipping technology being much more advanced, I know they could have stopped that package and had it returned. So, I kept asking (** times) to speak to a customer service manager, and she wouldn't let me speak to one. She literally would

~BJM: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~BJM: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Tiger Direct's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BJM: For that I would say two out of five.

~BJM: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Tiger Direct to know who you are.
