~synapps: Excellent when speaking to the live representative. Not good when speaking with the recording because it was supposed to give all information to the rep. and it did not. eg: the recorded voice didn't forward my temp. change of address to the representative, which was the reason for my call and I had to repeat it...so what was the point of the recording? It would be better if calls went directly to a live person.
