~Capt Chadbourne: A guy in the Philippines gave me instructions YEARS out of date, then transferred me to a Microsoft guy with an impenetrable Hindi accident who told me the issue doesn't even exist! When I take my computer from Maine to Connecticut, I can receive but not send email. Roadrunner says Microsoft is blocking the server. Microsoft says they never do that. WTF????How can I get this working right??????????????
