~Papa Bear: I was without e-mail service for about six months, my fault for not calling sooner. I had a problem with my password, (it was deleted, I don't know how). Anyways, I call this number and they solved my problem in a few minutes. Now my Road Runner e-mail works like a champ. Thanks Time Warner Road Runner.
