~Jack: I wish with all the increases every year Time Warner would not outsource their customer support. I am going to cancel their service, not because of their product, not because of their price, ***% because they do not hire American Citizens to answer the phone and the people who do answer the phone can not communicate in English and have no power to get things done. Great product, horrible service.
