GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Time Warner customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Swarup: Buyer beware. Time warner is the cheapest cable TV out there. However their DTA which are. * per month have only ** channels which is like basic cable since most of this garbage nobody likes. Furthermore their equipment is of poor quality compared to the dish hopper. Their TV remotes are of poor quality compared to dish. Their international channel line up is not in HD and it seems like watching a low resolution screen. Remember you get what you pay for. This is my personal experience and not just a review.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Time Warner. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Time Warner problem?
~Swarup: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Swarup: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Swarup: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Time Warner customers?
~Swarup: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Time Warner to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Swarup taken from his Time Warner customer service problem that occurred on November 17th, 2017.
