~Utterly Unamazed: By far the worst costumer service ( not the reps but the supervisors*escalation team) I have had nothing but problems with this digital box. It wouldnt configure, tech came out(a week later) and asked why, apparently he didnt know what he was doing either... lied on the work order he turned in. I had to then set up another appt for a tech to come out, they were *.* hrs late. they showed up at *pm. I was asking the simplest troubleshooting questions they did not know how to answer. The reps wanted me to continue to set up techs day after day, I work. I have a life. I cant be at the beck and call of TWC!! This is by far the WORST SERVICE EVER!!! *Unfortunately I have to continue to use them because the apt building I live in has them as the only provider. TWC needs to get there SH*T together. Inform the reps so they can better service a customer and talk from a script, teach the supervisors to listen instead of just try to "patch" the issue. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! *...I wa
