GetHuman-176914: I have been a loyal customer who pays on time each month. I pay $*** each month for the trio package. They offer it to new customers for $**.**. I called to state my dissatisfaction with unfair treatment and she lowered it to $***. by taking off Showtime. But here's the kick* I never wanted showtime and they had told me I had to have it as part of the package. So I was tricked to begin with. Then I pointed out I could just have it changed to my spouse's name and he would be a new customer and the response I received was, "Since you're telling us we won't do that." So they are rewarding dishonesty and disloyalty. This makes no sense. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
