GetHuman-189330: I have been a time Warner cable customer since I was ** so for twenty years never had a problem with them til this year. My husband and I moved into a new house and got the signature home package. Well the cable installer that came in and installed our cable set up all the premium channels and every sports channel and package there was... Which mind you we never asked for and or wanted. When we had called time Warner to remove this they told us they would and that they would credit is the $$$ for those premium channels and sports packages we did my ask for... For six months it looked like it was finally off our bill and but not off our tv.. Then all of the sudden we got billed a *** dollar bill.... Not for non payment we paid our bill every month right in time.. But no they said we owed for all the packaged channels and premium channels we had... Grr it was talking to a door ****... Oh and to add to this the installer was suppose to install our phone he said he did but did t know out n
