~Angie : I have been trying to get service from time Warner cable. It is unbelievable how they been telling me that they will send a technician to my house. This as been the *rd time I have called them!! The *nd time I was basically ignored by a Csr! I called the next day & the Csr told me she did not see anything for my service & who ever took my call ignore me. It's very sad to know how NOT helpful they been to me. Day * I called time Warner AGAIN & I wanted to speak with a manager on HOLD for awhile! Never got a hold of a manager!! All I want is service & they have reject me. I am a CSR myself & at my job I am very professional & do my best to meet my customers needs!! Time Warner cable has disappoint me. I have never used them but it was my first time calling them. Horrible experience!!! It is ridiculous how I have to call * different numbers!!!

~Angie : For that I would say two out of five.

~Angie : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Time Warner to know who you are.
