~nanny cyn : I spoke to James in Cleveland. He was one in a million!!!!! Pleasant, kind, intelligent, wish he lived close to our town. I would adopt him. My problem is not fixed as yet but I know it will be. Better keep this Rep. He is certainly an asset to your company!!!! Give him a raise! from Cynthia
