~fm7363: This company ***** ***!!! took them * visits to get what should have been a simple install. Then one technician pushed a hole in my ceiling. After all this, I got my first bill which was supposed to be $**.** bundle package per month with a $**.** install fee. Plus taxes and fees and movies if rented.... I have rented * movies so far and my bill is over $*** more than agreed. I keep getting transfereed and can not get in touch with a supervisor at all after * attempts and being promised that they will have one contact me. F time warner!! do not go with this company.*call me and i will explain more ***-***-****
