GetHuman-315900: Well, I had to get on my phone to write a horrible review, because my internet is again not working ... the Internet simply does not work. Seemed like they raised the prices every month, for this terrible internet and I'm supposed to habe the "ultimate high speed" or whatever it is. When I call to inquire why my internet isn't working, they blame it on my side, saying my equiptment isnt working. What equiptment?! it's all your stuff!! I just have the computer.*I threatened to switch users and they lowered the price. I'm moving soon, otherwise bye bye time warner. Google fiber is the way to go. I have nothing positive to say about time warner... in bumbed I had to give them *** stars, *** would be more reflective.
