GetHuman-404814: Ordered**** CD set off a commercial on Tv. Was told I would receive email *confirmation. Never did. When I called customer service I spoke with a very rude agent who said the order must not have gone thru and acted SD if I should have called them to place order. I called the number that was on TV. I didn't even have customer service number when I ordered. I got it when I called TV number back. It took them ** minutes to find customer service number. I didn't reorder because there seems to be something fishy going on. I hope not because they *have my credit card info.
