~Brent: Took * tries to get someone to not resolve my shipping problem. I was put on hold * times and was disconnected each time, all of them took my phone number but never called back. A supervisor was unwilling to refund my money after waiting ** business days for my shipment, promised to investigate and follow up but never did. I would up buying a new laptop after waiting * weeks and still not receiving my recovery discs, the old laptop was about * months old when the hard drive failed. It seems nobody at Toshiba is willing to help with any issue, I asked for a refund or to have the item shipped overnight and they refused to do either, they were only willing to ship a new item in the normal fashion (multilple shipping companies).
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Toshiba. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Toshiba problem?
~Brent: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Brent: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Toshiba's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Brent: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Toshiba customers?
~Brent: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Toshiba to know who you are.
