~mayahimeg: * of * of my orders with them have had missing items* one order had ONE of the * items I ordered. Shipping takes a month. Customer service emails are ignored. Their best response to the missing items when I called to complain? "Because we ship directly from the manufacturer sometimes, we often don't know when orders go unfilled unless someone complains." Somehow I'm now buying it...they were going to apparently just keep my money for undelivered items!
