~ophelia_breathes: I had placed an order for * items. One of the items shipped a week later than the estimate, but that didn't bother me. The other item didn't ship, though I was charged. After ** minutes on hold (* days before Xmas) a very lovely woman checked into the issue for me. They did not receive enough stock, and my order couldn't be fulfilled. I got refunded, as well as a $** Totsy credit. I'm happy to continue doing business with them.
