~missy: I placed an order back in May. I had a code for free shipping. Entered it and they still charged me for shipping. I called them and they said when I get the order, they will refund me the shipping. So I did just that. Well, they credit me the shipping on their site, rather than crediting my credit card. I've called them * times now and I get the same answer "it will be reversed *-** business day". Today, I called and they said the same thing, but i wasn't having it and they said they will reverse it. I tried to talk to a manager, but he wouldn't put me through and said he will take the initiative to personally reverse it. **I will NEVER shop here again. They take too long to ship and if you have a problem, the turn around time to fix it is ridiculous!!!
