~Amoras Mommy: My card has been charged for item I have already received. Totsy is not even showing that I have received my item and has now charged me twice for same item they say i did not receive. Woman on the phone did not believe me when I say I received item straight from company and not from totsy warehouse. I now have to fax my bank statement proving that I have already been charged for item for them to release funds back to my account for the second unnecessary charge made to my account.
