~Frustrated and tired: I waited for about ***min and had to keep calling back because I was always prompted to never talk to someone live. And their system is not helpful. Call back and speak to the appropriate dept. Well if I could speak to a live person I maybe able to find out the appropriate dept. Really frustrating and now they are closed so I will have to try in the morning.
