~SHAY: Worst customer service ever. This should have been resolved two weeks ago upon my FIRST CALL. Discovered that my refund was being sent to someone in Tennessee??? Resolved today...hopefully...we shall see. Needless to say - WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM TOYS R US EVER AGAIN!
