~Omnigusted: Called *** *** ****. Learned that a WORD cannot be used as password. "PassWORD" must be numbers only.**st person talked to said in poorly-learned English As A Second Language that HE was going to change my password and that I would lose all Missed Calls*Voicemail Messages.**st person said I had to REGISTER MY PHONE and that he was going to transfer my call to someone who would help with that.**nd person spoken with after LONG wait, approx ** minutes on hold, said I did not have to register my phone. *I will have to have *nd phone to use to change my PassNUMBERS.*I will lose all present voicemail*missed calls when the PassNUMBER is changed. No one & nothing gave that information when the PassWORD was set up. *This is some of the most horrible service I have ever gotten from anyplace.*** total minutes lost basically for nothing.
