~NOOK 46: Chatting was the only way to redeem my minutes that I bought. I waited for two days to have someone call me because the automated system is grossly ineffective for me. Trying to talk with a live person is nearly impossible. I needed to enter a code before I could redeem my minutes which was handled in just a minute through the chat line.
