~Sheila Rodriguez: I have had a TRACEFONE through Safe link for almost a year now. I had my phone stolen or either lost, but beside this I ordered another replacement on Jan. **th. Today Feb. *rd. my phone was delivered by FED-X. After a nonsense-able time of spending on my home phone to talk with someone and being transferred about four times, I get someone who does not even speak English very well at all and very rude to say the least! Then she tells me because I did not get this phone before FEB.*ST. I was only allowed to get ** min. and it would be not until March *st. before I would receive my *** min,I get every month for FREE. She was telling me I had to buy!! Now I get this phone because I am a ** year old senior and disabled and now because I have lost a phone or it was stolen one I am told there is nothing else she can do about this problem. I live in Fl. and have been tracking this phone that was being sent to me and due to the snow and bad weather wherever you send this phone from it is not Y
