~Very Disappointed: I was calling to get help receiving an additional ** bonus minutes using promo code *****, and I never did get those bonus minutes, even though they were promised to me in a text I had received from TracFone, even after calling * times. I had been able to receive my additional ** bonus minutes many times before using that promo code, until the last time, when I had needed help, but no matter how many times I kept telling them this, they just kept repeating to me over and over again that this promo code was only good for one use. They just kept repeating this to me, like robots. The second time I called, I had to be transferred twice, once to Tech Support and then again to a supervisor. Then, just when it seemed like the supervisor was going to help me, the call was disconnected. Finally, the third time, I did get to speak to a supervisor, who told me that they were only able to add those additional bonus minutes once, or they would be penalized.
