GetHuman-283722: I was hung up on at least twice. I let the first time go because I thought it could have been an accident, but when I called back I was dropped again. Done with tracfone. Also, they sold me a phone that was supposed to be new and it had pics and contact info on it. They weren't even smart enough to do a factory reset on it.
