~BLUE KAHUNA: IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND THE CUSTOMER REP. I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND HER ACCENT AND THE BACKGROUND NOISE WAS HIGH. I HOPE THIS SOLVES ONE OF MY PROBLEMS WITH THIS PHONE. IT IS OF EXTRERME NESSACISITY THAT I HAVE THIS PHONE UP AND RUNNING AS IT IS THE ONLY COMMUNICATION AT THIS PRESENT TIME. IT IS SUBPAR PHONE FROM MOTORAOLA AND IS VERY DIFFICULT TO USE AND WORK WITH. HAD SERVICE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. I HAVE VERY LITTLE INCOME AT THIS TIME AND HOPE FOR THE BEST. CAN NOT AFFORD MY SMART PHONE SERVICE WITH SAID CO., BUT SURE WISH I COULD, THE OPERATION OF THIS PHONE IS TERRIBLE AND HAD TO MAKE SEVERAL CALLS JUST TO GET TO A REAL PERSON.
