~whatever: It is hard to understand their people all the time and then there is this problem where I think that they can't walk and chew gum at the same time. All I needed to do was get minutes on one phone since they didn't come and I needed to get the two new phones onto the family plan. They had a hard time doing that much for me "different application" "These phones are not on it" and then waiting forever I have been on the phone with the rep for over an hour now... still waiting for minutes on one phone while having to wait for another time to activate... now turn around time is ** hrs. that means what? It means in ** hrs all phones should be enrolled and receive their minutes... so she says, we will see.
