~ktz: Several problems in getting all the way activated and minutes*phone * transferred. Minutes transferred yesterday by phone conversation w*cust,service SUPERVISOR showed when I checked balance on the TF site this a.m. But on test-call a recording said ZERO minutes. aauugg. The chat person fixed that in * minutes, she was proficient, all problems fixed. * I did NOT want to have to phone cust.service again, we all know how that usually goes !
