~Anon: TRACFONE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF A LIFETIME! July **** *I made the mistake of giving my housebound, immobile aunt- who could not afford a phone- who needed a lifeline- this terrible company's phone. They treated her so blatantly rudely on the phone when she called for help ( I was on the line- * way call from my phone) telling her it wasn't their job to help people who didn't know how to use their phone and insulting her through out the call. Of course there was no higher up to consult as this was "the supervisor"! Evidently he has no boss. Customer "service" that on every call tells an immobile person with no other phone line or communication they have to call from another line to get help! (Despite them being perfectly capable of handling it on a * way call but not wanting to put the effort)*- A circus of handling my complaint-- complete with a call at *AM on the *th OF JULY- AMERICAN HOLIDAY - the epitome of the core of off-shoring your customer "service" & a basic problem
