GetHuman-whitman3: The absolute worst "customer service" (term used loosely) ever. No one helps. Wait..... Transfer..... Wait some more. Be prepared to invest a lot of your time going round and round with these people. It's almost like they intentionally try to wear you down so you just go away rather than provide any service. I sent in a defective phone for warranty exchange which was to be sent to me "as soon as" they received my old one. Nine days after they got my defective phone, still no replacement. I've spent hours trying to get answers. One tells me it shipped yesterday. One tells me it will ship in the next * to * days, I should call back. One tells me it shipped, but a tracking * isn't available yet. Really? Can I rate using negative stars?
