~Never Again: These people as rude as inhumanly possible.*I was hung up on. I called back and asked for a supervisor. When I explained how rude the last person was he threatened me saying it was my first warning for using bad language. Never once did I use any language other than telling him how rude his people were.*At that point he warned me again saying he would hang up on me if*I didn't stop.*They obviously DO NOT want to hear anything from anyone.*He went as far as asking for my home address which I gave to him.*Something on his end obviously did not work. He came at me saying that I needed to give him the correct information that he asks for or he would hang up.*I guess I don't know my own address.*The second my minutes run out this phone goes in the garbage.

~Never Again: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Never Again: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Never Again: For that I would say two out of five.
