GetHuman-75421: for once, I finally got the help I needed without a month,s wait without someone in your billing office asleep at the switch. I am on a prepaid plan and should not have had to call you about my minutes being added on in time,I had a very bad experience a yar ago and thought "here I go again" but thank goodness all went well his time, I just wish you would have more fluent ENGLISH speaking service people,I am ** yrs. old and get very frustrated when I get on that DOES not.
