~unhappy tracfone owner: it is not any better then any other tracfone tech support. can't understand anyone then they just keep passing you to someone else. still can't solve the problem. will try to submit a letter to tracfone and see if i can get a solution to my issue. tracfone tech support *****. what is sas is that the phone service is good. do not port a number or any service from another tracfone to a tracfone. that is where my problem started.
