~gar: still could not get what I needed, after being transferred,was told I would get a new phone sent to me like the one I had because mine was damaged, twice the wrong phone was sent. I need one like my previous one,LG***G with owerty key pad, for texting. like I had, this ***c is not the same, the rep. disconnected my call or hung up on me!!! I should be able to receive a phone with the key pad like I had. This one is not the same. Do appreciate you time, I need a phone this has been a long process , still not phone to use.
