~CATA: I GOT SCAMMED...THEY SAID I WENT INTO A SCREEN FOR AN EXTRA **.** TO GET ALL * SCORES...I DIDNT EVEN KNOW I DID THAT..DIDNT NEED THEM, DIDNT PRINT THEM OUT...THEY ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO TAKE THAT CHARGE OFF MY DEBIT CARD. PERSON I SPOKE TO IN CHARGE SAID IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE THAT CHG AND IT WAS MY FAULT I DIDNT READ THEIR CONFUSING SCREENS NOR PRINTED THE SCORES. SHE SPOKE VERY POOR ENGLISH..CONTINUED SAYING.."I EXPLAIN YOU..." SOUNDED LIKE RICKY TALKING TO LUCY..I TOLD HER SHE HADNT EXPLAINED ANYTHING, JUST REPEATED HERSELF WITH THE SAME TWO SENTENCES AND BASICALLY SAID I WAS STUPID FOR NOT KNOWING WHAT I ORDERED AND I WAS LYING . I HAVENT HAD A COMPANY IN A LONG TIME WITH SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SO INTENT ON KEEPING THAT FRAUDLENT CHARGE ...WATCH OUT FOR THAT SCREEN...YOU WONT KNOW ITS CHARGING YOU ORUNTIL AFTER ITS A DONE DEAL. THEN YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THOSE IDIOTS.

~CATA: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~CATA: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TransUnion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~CATA: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TransUnion customers?
~CATA: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TransUnion to know who you are.
