~not have one: I spoke with a rep. and he answer every question I ask and was very concern if it was something on my report that wasn't suppose to be on it. I recommend this site to everyone.

~not have one: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~not have one: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TransUnion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~not have one: For that I would say two out of five.
