~wheresjeannine: I was given an incorrect phone * for temporarilly lifting a credit freeze. The correct * is *** *** **** then you can hit buttons to finally get to a person. In my case I needed them to use the challenge questions and items from my credit report to verify who I was. The question were easy

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~wheresjeannine: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TransUnion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~wheresjeannine: For that I would say one out of five.
