~John in Oregon: Representative was very courteous and helpful about sending me a free credit report (went through annualcreditreport.com and saved my report as PDF, but file was corrupt and couldn't be opened). I explained what happened, and Representative is mailing a copy to me so that I don't have to buy it. Very pleased with the service.
