GetHuman-341259: So after a random charge appears on my card for Travelocity. I contact there customer service which is located in the Philippines i was informed..I was reassured that the situation would be taken care of..All i had to was call them back and we would contact my bank and everything would be fine..So promptly this morning i give them a call and to my dismay the wait time is ** minutes...So i enter my info for a call back in ** minutes..When i finally get the call one of the philippine girls gets upset with me because i don't have an itinerary number..Now i didn't make a purchase from Travelocity...i don't have so much as a receipt or conformation or anything for the charge..I Have no itinerary number..Well she gets upset and hangs up on me after i waited ** mins...then when i call back the wait time is increased to ** minutes...I really do not understand how a company can operate this way with impunity...how is this legal...Im so outraged and upset at this point my only focus is holding T
