~Cathy: Communication is very bad. Each person my husband talks to about out complaint passes the buck to someone else. Contractor who sends out statements, another department, even the postoffice, Or they say they do not know!!!! When we commneted we would find another bank, we were told it would be so much trouble and cost us too much. Is that a threat or what? All this has happened since Travis bought out Metro I. We had vertually no problems and any that we did were taken care of promply and courteously.

~Cathy: For that I would say one out of five.
