GetHuman-375611: I ordered a t-con board from the company and I received what I did not ordered.*I placed an order from TriState Module on ******** for a t-con board for a Samsung TV I have model UN**D****T.*I went to their website and under search typed UN**D**** and it came up with a list of items for tv model UN**D****. I saw a t-con board model BN**-*****B for $**.**. I clicked on Add to Cart and continued with the process of buying the t-con board for a total of $**.**.*Saturday ******** I believed I received the package, but it wasn't until Sunday that I opened it. I noticed that the t-con board TriState had mailed me had a sticker with model M******B. With the package still sealed, I went to their website and under search typed *****B and the page displayed a t-con board and the full info was LJ**-*****B, but the price was $**.**.*I called on Monday ******** and I speak to Melissa who I explain that the board I received is not the same as the one I ordered online. Melissa puts me on hold, comes
