~Anonymous: Called to ask a question and place an order and was on hold for * min and an anwering machine picks up to leave a message. I did and they never returned my phone call. Called back * days later and no return of phone call * days later. This is bad customer service. When they pick up they are helpful but bad at returning phone calls. Might be looking for another supplier.
