GetHuman19192's review of TruGreen customer service
GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's TruGreen customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman19192: TruGreen representatives Kimberly Hagerty, one "Dale", and a rather adamant and fearless Ashley(Employee Badge ****) apparently believes that unless a customer has a fence, locked doors, and "no trespass" signs on their property any TruGreen representative can enter the premises, inspect and clip shrubs, and perform any "Upselling" marketing strategies at their whim* this after we expressed that TruGreen marketers and lawn care people were showing up without prior notice, without any prior phone calls, etc. One guy showed up in the neighborhood repeatedly pushing his marketing ploys in an extravagant Mercedes Benz, despite our telling him we were not interested. Another guy called up, without TruGreen notifying us beforehand, and was wandering the premises early in the morning, instilling horrid fear in both spouse and child. Apparently, too much money, time, and overconfidence from a rogue Organization and its employees.**Sorry TruGreen and above named representatives but you're the stars of a Housing Development restraining order to prevent you from harassing innocent families and children with your wanton prostitution of the Law by trespassing and giving legal advice without proper authority and license.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TruGreen. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TruGreen problem?
GetHuman19192: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman19192: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TruGreen's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman19192: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TruGreen customers?
GetHuman19192: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TruGreen to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from GetHuman19192 taken from his TruGreen customer service problem that occurred on November 24th, 2017.
