~quixos's review of Truist Bank customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Truist Bank customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~quixos: This is the WORST possible bank you can imagine. I won't bore you with the details, but avoid at all costs. Their internet banking system works (sort of) like it was cobbled together in the early **'s. Their customer service phone tree will drive you to drink. The latest: They arbitrarily decided that I can only transfer $*,****week out of my Suntrust account to another financial institution using online banking. And, it's $* per transfer. These guys are going to have their head handed to them by other financial institutions.... I inherited this from CCB in simpler times... but Suntrust just can't cut it in the modern world. They don't have a clue. Really. And I'm movin' on!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Truist Bank. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Truist Bank problem?
~quixos: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~quixos: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Truist Bank's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~quixos: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Truist Bank customers?
~quixos: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Truist Bank to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~quixos taken from his Truist Bank customer service problem that occurred on October 29th, 2017.
