~hire people with brains: I have been on the line for ** minutes for what would appear to be a simple question. Rep was dumber than a box of rocks. Gave me conflicting answers. Put me on hold for ** minutes while she went to speak to the person with the brain. I was then cut off - think she did that on purpose.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TurboTax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TurboTax problem?
~hire people with brains: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~hire people with brains: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~hire people with brains: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~hire people with brains: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
