~vjkhg: I so regret going though Turbo Tax! I will never go through them again. I called and waited an hour for nothing. They refused to help me out, I was translating for my brother in law and they refused to help. He tax refund was sent to them on the **th of Feb and he still has not received it. So when we call they gave him the run around and noew they are saying that it will take *-** days to go back to the irs and then the irs will have to reissue payment to him. NO ONE should use TURBO TAX they are a bunch of BS!!!

~vjkhg: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~vjkhg: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~vjkhg: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~vjkhg: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
