~BeBe: I waited on hold after being transfered for ** minutes before an agent answered my call. He talked way to fast. I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. He then asked me how I got this number. He didn't want me to give this number out. It was a bit strange to say the least. However, he did assist me with my problem. The total call was a tad over ** minutes. I should note that the first agent I had I could barely hear. There was a very loud buzzing sound everytime he spoke. It was very annoying. I was happy when he transfered me simply for the fact that maybe this time I could actually have someone I could hear.. Then I got mr speed talker lol. I would say their customer service BLOWS. You get better customer service at McDonalds. But. I still will continue to use them every year simply for the fact I have never had an issue with the tax software. I will just ensure that I won't need their customer support. TIP- DOWNLOAD your return to your PC. They WILL charge you ** bucks if

~BeBe: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~BeBe: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BeBe: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~BeBe: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
