GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's TurboTax customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~g2s2@telus.net: I wish you guys would get your phone contact numbers in some kind of order. I have been calling for three days at least using * different numbers come on the computer or contacting other areas like quickbooks. I have had no successful, if you guys don't want any more business than put a website that says you are not accepting in phone calls and people can go to another tax company that offers at list minimal support which will be at least better than you people offer

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~g2s2@telus.net: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~g2s2@telus.net: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~g2s2@telus.net: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
