~Bombermom41: OK turbo tax is a good company they have ways to contact them here is what you need to do ok. go to *https:**support.turbotax.intuit.com*contact***call*then you fill the form out you will get a incident ID* then you click call they will give you the number you call then they give you the option to have them call you back INSTEAD of waiting an hour on hold or you can hold.They do call you back and the recording does state if you miss the call you need to recall because the only call * TIME but they will call because they called me last night and with all the trouble i was having they gave me a source code to where I got my taxes free complments of the wonderful turbotax team. you say they dont call back but the funny thing is I had another person call about my question as well got two calls from them last night so try the website out. have a good day
